This year as we gather again to sing the songs of this season in Union Square, let's remember why we're really doing it. Let's face it - we all have too much stuff. Having stuff isn't bad, but it can certainly be a distraction. This year, let's make our giving truly life-giving by investing in each other, our city and the world. Register your church with Advent Conspiracy, an international movement restoring the scandal of Christmas by worshipping Jesus through compassion, not consumption.

For the gifts you choose to purchase, shop places like Ten Thousand Villages, World Vision or UNICEF whose gifts go to make a difference in the lives of people around the world. Send a donation or gift on someone's behalf with Samaritan's Purse or spend a day volunteering as a family with Hands On Bay Area.

The Christmas Rock Needs You!

The Christmas Rock is fast approaching and we're in need of volunteers. We need folks to help set up, tear down, hand out song sheets, run sound, and a few other things that may come up the day of. Please let me know here if you're able to participate. We couldn't do it without you!

The Christmas Rock is on! Join us at Union Square on Sunday, December 9th @ 7:30 PM as we are led by the Open Door Band. Bring your friends, grab a hot beverage and let's sing some carols!
